SHARES FOR RESERVE OWNERSHIP
There will be 70 shares available for investors to contribute to the project and endowment. These shares mean Conservation Reserve ownership and involvement in its conservation decisions and impact. Ownership will also include several benefits, including access to a 10-room, beautiful Guesthouse in the center of the reserve, hikes by Explora-trained guides, among many other.
As a shareowner, you will own a stake in the Conservation Reserve and have a voice in its projects. One of five board seats will be assigned to shareowners, allowing them to lead the conservation strategy of thousands of hectares of land in vital ecosystems.
Designed and managed by Explora, the Guest House will be available to shareowners. Explora trained guides are available to lead countless explorations on foot or horseback, supported by an experienced gaucho, through the Conservation Reserve and beyond
Following our educational and scientific purpose, we will provide internship opportunities at the reserve for owners’ families and friends. Whether it’s a summer learning regenerative agriculture at our Orchard, a season learning to ride horses, a few weeks supporting the scientific studies at the Conservation Center, or a couple of months serving at our lodges or guesthouse, there will be unique opportunities to learn from experiences that will last for a lifetime
The member-only Explora loyalty program will give shareowners exclusive access to tailor-made annual journeys into remote locations. Benefits of being a part of the Explora network also include webinars and speaker series with top conservationists and scientists. Accommodations in any Explora lodge have important discounts for Share and Land owners.
