Our members can choose from two types of membership, exclusively available to no more than 100 members in total. Discover these opportunities below along with the unique benefits offered with each membership.

Conservation Shares Membership

Available to 70 members, this membership offers ownership of the reserve through shares.

The benefits include:

  • Access to the Reserve’s Guest House and Quincho, available year round for both the member and up to five referrals.

  • Explorations with Explora guides, including hiking and horseback riding

  • Organized adventures in surrounding areas.

  • Membership in the Explorer Echo Society, Explora’s loyalty program with up to 50% off stays at all Explora lodges.

  • Participation in the Reserve’s conservation strategy with board representation.

  • Internship opportunities for family and friends.

Conservation Estates Membership

Available to just 30 members, this membership includes ownership of the reserve and a select plot of land with the ability to build a home.

In addition to the benefits mentioned before, benefits to Estates members include:

  • Ownership of a 3.7 to 5-acre home lot in the Reserve. This includes the services of a renowned Explora architect and sample house models for use or adaptation.

  • Home management, including housekeeping, maintenance and groceries pre-stocked before arrival. 

  • Home rental coordination, if desired.
